James Pascoe

James Pascoe is the Operations Manager at Rise Mayberry Ranch, where he brings a strong commitment to supporting individuals on their path to recovery. Born and raised in Oklahoma, James relocated to California in 2022 and quickly developed a deep connection to the recovery community.

He holds an associate degree from OSU OKC and is a certified RAD-T (Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician), equipping him with both the knowledge and hands-on experience to make a meaningful impact in the field. James is passionate about helping others rebuild their lives and takes pride in being part of a team that fosters growth, accountability, and lasting change.

Above all, James is a devoted father of three, and his dedication to family and service continues to drive his work and purpose every day.
